The platform begins from the idea that informational contribution can create value. Policy must therefore examine personal data rights, voice and likeness rights, biometric rights, AI training inputs, provenance, algorithmic accountability, automation, contributor ownership, data dividends, and bargaining structures such as Data Unions.
The first release preserves this as a doctrine-backed platform area for further legislative development.
