Before asking how value should be redistributed, ask who participated in creating it.
Equity Democrats uses this sequence:
- Who participated?
- What did they contribute?
- What value resulted?
- Who was attributed?
- Who obtained the asset, income, influence, or ownership?
This is the political meaning of distribution at creation.
